Return of goods
Orientation and information
we are still working to make sure you are happy with our deliveries. Should there ever be a reason for your return shipment, we would like to make the process as uncomplicated as possible so that we can process your return shipment quickly.
To process your return shipment, we ask that you include the accompanying documents. You can download the return form below. You can also attach copies of delivery notes or order confirmation instead of the return slip. Please split the return shipment of goods from multiple deliveries so that it can be matched to the appropriate, original delivery.
WE COLLECT THE GOODS
Product return is due to a manufacturing defect:
Should your ordered goods have a manufacturing defect, we will also be happy to collect the goods from you. Please initiate a pick-up by email to email@example.com, by phone at +420 602213549 or by phone at +420 774187338. If you wish to send us the goods, please do not send them unpaid. The postage costs (normal post or parcel service) will be refunded after the return has been processed. You will receive a credit note of the price charged for the goods, plus any postage charged.
WE WILL SEND THE GOODS BACK
Other return shipments:
If there is no manufacturing defect, please send the merchandise back to us with your return. In this case, after processing the returned goods, you will receive a credit note for the price of the goods, less 25% of the handling costs, but with a minimum deduction of EUR 5.00 for each original delivery. Shipping costs are not credited in this case. If, in the exceptional cases agreed upon, we accept back unpacked shirts and blouses, contrary to the rules in §11, the handling costs for this type of goods shall be 50 %.
